This year’s Festival kicks off with two performances of a concert celebrating the music of the legendary Newfoundland folk/rock group Figgy Duff. The concert will feature an all-star alumni band including Pamela Morgan, Frank Maher, Kelly Russell, Dave Panting, George Morgan, Philip Dinn and Rob Laidlaw.
Joining them will some very special guests: Ron Hynes, Anita Best, Mark Bragg, Des Walsh, Charlie Payne, Daniel Payne, Ellen Power and Canadian folk legend Sylvia Tyson.
